When low value shipments and sometime tomorrow suits, we can collect your small packages and parcels as late as 5pm for a delivery the following day either before close of business or at a timed request - 9am - 10:30 or before noon.
A selection of reputable agents ensures safe, reliable and receipted delivery anywhere in the UK. Given that this is an economy option, insurance can be arranged on your behalf for a small additional supplement, please call our office for guidance and advice on how to access this service.
We offer a fast and very reliable express delivery and fast freight service to destinations throughout the world.
Utilising our network of agents at all major UK airports, we can collect envelopes and small parcels from your door and delivered direct to the recipient with the minimum of fuss for an extremely competitive price. Many areas do not incur surcharges for 'non-documents' or out of area deliveries. Some European and North American cities can be reached on a 'same day basis'.

Our fleet up to the transit type vehicles have the ability to move consignments to much of Europe with the minimum of notice.

We can provide an import service for consignments on either an express or deferred service level.
Documentation - Pro-Forma Invoice, Airway Bills etc.
By clicking on the Pro-Forma Invoice tab at the bottom of the web-site the, completing the blank fields will produce the required document for ‘Customs Clearance' procedures for sending consignments to countries outside the EEC. This document must be produced for all shipments other than basic documents. If sending documents this must be stated clearly in the description box on the Airway Bill along with noting exactly what the documents are e.g. DOCUMENTS (Birth Certificate).
On completion of the Pro-Forma Invoice please print at least 4 copies to be sent with the shipment and maybe 1 copy for your records if required.
Please note that all duties and taxes for non-EEC shipments will be charged to the consignee unless otherwise arranged by our office, it may be possible depending on destination, for the sender to pay the any duties, (free domicile), at a surcharge. Any missing or incomplete information on transit documents could increase transit times for consignments
With over 20 years’ experience we understand that not every consignment sent has a straightforward beginning or end to its journey. Sometimes a client may have something at an unsociable hour of the day or small demand that some competitors may feel either awkward to achieve or too difficult a demand. We believe this is a key strength to our business and if we can do it, we will take on the task and ensure that every detail of the client is adhered to with the utmost attention from start to finish.
In the past we have achieved direct drives to Rome with pallets of paper meeting tight deadlines to a factory in shutdown that our competitors frowned upon, to human organs for a patient in Central London hospital theatre waiting life-saving surgery. Nothing is ever too much if reasonably possible.

If you have freight anywhere in the UK that does not require urgent transportation, we would be happy to negotiate a rate to collect and deliver your goods when we are in the appropriate areas.

Both our current sites offer 24/7 storage facilities to look after your shipments either during transit or for a little longer if required. Forklifts are available at both sites for ease of handling. We don’t usually charge for simple 24hr storage or any handling fees but if you require anything looked after for a slightly lengthier period of time, we are here to listen to any requirements that you may have.
Our expanding modern fleet of vehicles include vans of all various shapes and sizes and you can be certain we have a solution for you. All operatives have mobile phones allowing constant communication with the control office.
Vehicle Capacities
Small Van - dependent upon the vehicle: can carry a maximum of 500kgs
SWB Transit - fits most requirements, 2 pallets up to 1000kg
LWB Transit - the heavy weight van, able to carry 3 pallets up to 1600kg
Jumbo Transit - when volume matters, however weight is limited to 1400kg
To complement our own fleet we have access to literally 1000’s of other vehicles throughout the UK with industry network partners that of course have been vetted prior to being allowed to carry shipments on our behalf. This tool has proven crucial to our service and clients over the years when a consignment many miles away has to be collected ‘NOW’.
Not only does this give our own fleet far superior national coverage compared to many of our competitors, it allows us to be flexible and able to negotiate a cost effective solution to clients that may have a requirement for a special consignment between the North and South. We can offer our own private little network for high value and/or time critical shipments between the 2 sites cutting out the 200 miles or so mileage that our competitors would have to charge for.
Shipments between the South and major cities in Scotland, (Glasgow/Edinburgh) used to take 1 van and driver around 14hrs to complete and often incur charges for a driver to stay out overnight to stay legal. Being based with a halfway house in the North West breaks the journey in 2 ensuring less fatigue on the driver and vehicle but still the same efficiency of speed for your shipments.
As part of our service to the customer, we invest profits back into keeping up with the latest and best industry technology.
At no extra cost, our bespoke industry software provides us the ability to send 'proof of delivery' and confirmation of cost via e-mail once the data has been entered into our booking system. This eliminates the hassle of tying up loose ends later on.
Both our sites are linked so all the bookings made each day are being dually monitored ensuring that everything is being run efficiently and smoothly.
The majority of our vehicles are fitted with hi-tech satellite tracking and navigation systems (subject to availability) ensuring your consignment reaches its destination without deviation (only available with UK dedicated vehicle consignments).
